The first (1st generation) at an unchanged price – 0d $ 329 (as a cheaper alternative), and the iPad Mini with Retina, more expensive – from $ 399. iPad 5 is a device for “professional users” and the prices will start at $ 499.
Personally, the more I agree with the assumptions presented by Cult of Mac, although I suspect that the price will be lower.
