Mr Michael, the owner of the electronics store, has posted pictures of the condition of the iPad, which was delivered to him by a courier company K-EX. The device was literally rolled up. K-EX provides that the delivery of the consignment took place in accordance with the procedures.

As you can see in the photograph, iPad Mr. Michael is destroyed and almost rolled up. Author entry also showed other pictures – in the same condition were both corporate packaging and rigid case, in which is placed the tablet .

Shy Courier

Recipient shipment surprising that K-EX, despite the obvious damage, provided the consignment, as if nothing ever happened. Mr. Michael says that a package left on the shop counter – not even giving him a chance to refusal of its adoption.

When the owner saw the delivery status, ran out of the store. Eventually, he managed to find a courier. This said, however, that there is that each complaint forms and drove off. He returned only in the evening, after the intervention of Mr. Michael.

Easy, yet it is the insurance? It’s not that simple

It would seem that the consignee does not have to worry, because the damaged iPad will pay the insurer. Unfortunately this is not obvious. Mr. Michael explains that one of the previous shipments conducted by K-EX also was destroyed in transport. Even if the courier does not give a chance to advertise the package. And when they finally managed to file a complaint was rejected.

Mr Michael fears that this time will be the same, so that the company will lose approx. PLN 1,500, because so much cost the iPad. His concerns shared by people commenting on the entry posted on Facebook. Some of them also share their problems with the package delivery by K-EX.
