Cheap Android Tablet Philips and good sound - BBC News

Philips is entering the market for cheap tablets with Android. Amio is the latest device to be sold for less than 100 euros.

Polaroid create & # x142, its own tablet for kids

Polaroid unveiled its newest tablet designed for children. It is called the Polaroid Kids Tablet 2, because it is the second generation of devices for children. read more

Press photos of the tablet Phillips recently appeared on the Hungarian side Tech2. The device has a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1024 by 600 pixels. The manufacturer does not provide information on what is the kind of panel, other than the reference to the “traditional” LCD.

Heart Amio a dual-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, supported by 1 GB of RAM. So far, no one knows what exactly is the deal. On board you will find the 8 GB built-in storage which can be expanded by including slotowi on the micro SD card.


Technical specification complements tablet headphone jack, micro USB port, micro HDMI, a battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh battery and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It is not known to what newer versions of Google hardware gets updates.

A cheap tablet with Android, Philips Amio boasts a really good sound. The manufacturer has installed on the device function called FullSound, which automatically improves the quality of playing MP3 files.

Philips Amio the European market will be before the end of the year and will cost up to 100 euros.
